In Córdoba, Andalusia, the company has expanded the facilities and services of its H10 Palacio Colomera hotel, which opened in the centre of the Andalusian city in 2019 and which will now add 58 new rooms. With them, the hotel will reach 100 rooms, including 13 Junior Suites, two of them with a terrace. The hotel will also have a new restaurant, a stunning rooftop with 360º views of the city and two meeting rooms, making the establishment a great choice for organising events and celebrations.
The H10 Palacio Colomera, centrally located in Plaza de las Tendillas, is housed in a majestic palace built in 1928, the former residence of the Counts of Colomera, and features a contemporary interior design that has retained the atmosphere of a palace.
The hotel boasts a traditional Córdoba-style patio with a gallery of arches and columns decorated with original mosaics, located in the centre of the building; an exclusive outdoor garden with a plunge pool and sun lounger area, and an incredible panoramic terrace on the top floor, where the Rooftop 1928 is located, which offers spectacular views of the Plaza de las Tendillas and the Córdoba Mosque. Once its facilities are expanded, the H10 Palacio Colomera will become a landmark in the city.

Towards responsible tourism with H10 Hotels
In recent years, the hotel chain has consolidated its Stay Green sustainability plan, confirming its commitment to the environment and society.
H10 Hotels promotes responsible tourism in all the destinations where it operates, with initiatives in all its areas of activity, based on 4 strategic principles: Zero Carbon Footprint, Sustainable Water Management, Responsible Consumption and Social Commitment.
With a view to achieving its targets and pursuing sustainable projects in 2024, amongst other milestones, H10 Hotels has certified its carbon footprint, making it the first hotel chain to calculate and certify its greenhouse gas emissions with the prestigious certification body AENOR.
Among the actions implemented to contribute to the reduction of the carbon footprint, the consumption of green electricity in 100% of its hotels in Spain and in 90% of its hotel plant stands out
In the area of Sustainable Water Management, the flow of taps and showers in the company's hotels has been reduced and more than 250 water dispensers have been installed, which, in addition to raising awareness of water use, encourage people to use reusable bottles. This initiative contributes to Responsible Consumption and the company has also achieved a drastic reduction in the use of plastic in different areas, cutting annual consumption of this material by 68 tonnes.
In the foodservice area, the company continues to work to reduce food waste as much as possible, optimising the planning and production of food − which in 2023 was reduced by more than 300 tonnes − as well as carrying out exhaustive controls of the production of organic waste generated each day during customer meals. In some of its hotels in the Canary Islands and the Costa Blanca, the company has implemented systems equipped with artificial intelligence that allow it to measure and have detailed control of all food waste.
Finally, the chain has a clear Social Commitment, through its links with the Fundació Albert and its cooperation with non-profit organisations in different destinations, and hopes to continue raising awareness of its social action programme and involving employees and guests in its initiatives.
