Ferrer Hotels grows in Mallorca
20 November, 2024It will add to its portfolio what will be its second hotel in the municipality of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, adding 163 additional rooms.
The Mallorcan chain Ferrer Hotels, through the agreement reached with the Pascual Mardones family, will manage from the 2026 season one of the two hotel establishments that currently make up the complex known as Hotel Mariant Park.
The establishment joins the chain's portfolio, which currently operates a total of 6 assets. This incorporation strengthens the new strategy of the Group, which last January incorporated Alejandro Coll as Expansion Director.
The hotel is located just a five-minute walk from the sea, has 163 spacious rooms and common areas and will be aimed at a family audience. A refurbishment of the hotel is planned in order to adapt its facilities to the Ferrer Group's standards. The hotel will offer its guests several swimming pools, a gym and a first class pool bar.
In the words of Esteban Xamena, CEO of the Group: ‘We are very excited with the signing of the agreement, and very grateful to the Pascual Mardones family, who have entrusted us with the repositioning of the Hotel; we had been looking for a long time to consolidate our new stage as a management team and we have finally managed to find an asset that we trust will be a reference in the eastern part of Mallorca.
The other establishment in the complex will continue to be operated by the Pascual Femenías family as Hotel Mariant Park.
