Palladium to open a new 5-star hotel in Ibiza in 2026
10 September, 2025In the summer of 2026, the Palladium Hotel Group will open a new five-star luxury hotel: The Site Hotel Ibiza, with 461 rooms that will consolidate the transformation of Playa d'en Bossa into a high-end destination. The project is part of an overall investment of 90 million euros that the group, together with Empresas Matutes, has earmarked for the area, creating new hotels and first class commercial spaces.
Designed by interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, The Site Hotel Ibiza will occupy a building constructed in 1970 that will be completely refurbished. Its main attractions include suites with chill-out terraces and jacuzzis, three swimming pools, a wellness centre, direct access to the beach and an exclusive beach club. The hotel will also have three conference rooms, two meeting rooms and a gastronomic hub with four à la carte restaurants and five bars, all under a luxury concept that claims Mediterranean roots.
This launch follows the recent opening of The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, and reinforces Palladium's strategy for attracting international travellers with high purchasing power. The proposal is completed with Ibiza Gallery, a new commercial-cultural space with fashion boutiques, contemporary art and restaurants, which redefines the premium experience on the island.
