Boom in flexible accommodation: Líbere strengthens alternative model
8 October, 2025Líbere Hospitality Group continues to consolidate its commitment to alternative accommodation by incorporating a new asset in the university area of Pamplona. The building, which offers 57 units (mainly studios for one or two people), is part of the company’s expansion strategy, which already has 886 units in operation and around 1,000 units between Spain and Europe.
The company has completely transformed the building, keeping only the façade and the communication cores to adapt it to the brand standards which prioritise strategic locations and functional rooms aimed at both students and business travellers.
In line with its model, the new asset incorporates advanced technological solutions: digital check-in system via screen, PIN code access sent to mobile phones and luggage lockers at reception.
With a presence in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia, and projects in Greece, Italy, Portugal and the UK, Líbere is moving towards international growth based on flexible and scalable offers. According to its co-CEO, Antón de la Rica, these innovations allow it to maintain “an optimised cost structure” and consolidate its value proposition in the alternative sector.
