Kora Living debuts its third sustainable accommodation in Pamplona
19 November, 2025Kora Living has opened Kora Kiliki, its first flex living complex in Pamplona and the third in its network in Spain. Located in the Soto Lezkairu neighbourhood, the new space seeks to redefine the way of staying, living and working in the city. With 167 equipped studios and apartments, it offers short or medium-term stays, adapted to the pace of each guest.
Inspired by local culture, its design, signed by Cul de Sac, integrates references to the Sanfermines, such as the red scarf and colours that evoke the facades of the old town. Kora Kiliki presents itself as a meeting point between travellers, locals and professionals, with common areas that foster connection and a programming of cultural experiences planned for 2026.
The building combines energy efficiency, sustainable materials and Passivhaus design, with geothermal, aerothermal and solar panel solutions that reduce energy demand by 50%. “We want this space to contribute to the development of the neighbourhood and how residents and visitors experience the city”, highlighted Kepa Apraiz, CEO of Kora Living.
