Puerto de la Cruz adds a premium resort with the arrival of Radisson

11 February, 2026

Radisson Resort & Residences Tenerife has begun operations after an investment of 24.5 million euros aimed at the comprehensive transformation of the iconic Parque San Antonio hotel in Puerto de la Cruz, opened in 1968. The new establishment, owned by Tenerife Assets Company SL and managed by Canarian Hospitality under Radisson franchise, becomes the group’s first hotel project on the island and marks its entry into the branded residence segment in Tenerife.

The development features a hybrid hotel and branded residential concept, aimed at a customer profile seeking high‑end services with the flexibility of a private home. Spread across seven buildings, the resort has 209 standard and superior rooms, as well as 32 branded residences with one and two bedrooms. The offer is completed with bed and breakfast or half‑board options, as well as wellness services, gym, massages and experiences linked to the island’s culture.

The project aims to attract to Puerto de la Cruz a premium traveller interested in long stays, with the possibility of accessing the exclusive Crown Service, which includes private lounge, transfers and personalised attention. The gastronomic offer, with the Tremor restaurant and the Magma Bar, focuses on quality Canary‑sourced products, while the event rooms strengthen the resort’s positioning as a driver of the reconversion of the local hotel stock and the boost to the high‑end tourism segment.
