Puy du Fou grows in Toledo with more visitors and new projects
15 April, 2026Puy du Fou España celebrates five years in Toledo, consolidated as one of the country’s major leisure hubs and with new growth plans for the coming years.
Puy du Fou España has reached five million visitors since its opening in March 2021, a track record that positions it as an important tourism driver in Toledo and its surroundings. In the last year it has received 1.7 million visitors, exceeding €70 million in turnover and generating more than 670,000 overnight stays, nearly 90% of them in Toledo and nearby areas.
The park currently has six major daytime shows, two dinner-show restaurants and five historical villages. Its economic impact on the surrounding area exceeded €250 million in 2025.
In terms of employment, it employs 1,300 people and generates more than 3,500 indirect jobs, as well as working with more than 550 local suppliers and companies.
Looking ahead, the park expects to exceed 1.9 million visitors this year and expand its facilities after receiving a favourable environmental declaration, a step prior to the development of new attractions and three hotels in its surroundings.
