Sercotel expands in sun and beach with two hotels in Marbella and Cádiz
13 May, 2026Sercotel strengthens its expansion in Andalusia with the addition of two new properties in complementary tourist destinations: Marbella and El Puerto de Santa María. With these openings, the chain reaches 16 operational hotels in the region and strengthens its presence in the coastal holiday segment and in urban getaways, in line with its 2026-2029 strategic plan.
Sercotel Vime la Reserva de Marbella marks the company’s entry into the city’s resort segment. This 4-star complex has 83 rooms and one- or two-bedroom apartments, all with private outdoor spaces. Located 10 minutes from the beach and the Cabopino golf course, it features subtropical gardens, two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor heated pool, gym, sauna, Turkish bath and dining aimed at national and international travellers.
The operation is completed with Sercotel Puerto de Santa María, a 3-star hotel with 39 rooms located in the centre of the city of Cádiz. Designed for short breaks and leisure tourism, it strengthens Sercotel’s presence in Andalusia, its main regional market within its national expansion.
