  2. Why do we process your data, and on what legal basis? 
    User relationship management: We process the data our users provide to fulfil their requests and provide the requested services.
    These processing operations are necessary to fulfil the contract or implement pre-contractual measures at the interested party’s request.
    Statistical purposes and quality management: We process website navigation data, e.g. I.P. directions, weblogs, visited pages or actions performed on the web; to assess and manage the quality of our services and products (+info in our Cookies Policy).
    The basis for these processing operations is our legitimate interest in assessing and managing the quality of our services and products. In weighing this interest against the data subjects’ rights and liberties, it has been determined that the data processing had a limited impact on their privacy, corresponded to reasonable expectations of data subjects and did not pose significant threats.
  3. How long do we store your data?
    In general, we will keep your data for the duration of your contractual relationship with us, in any case for the period arising from the legal provisions and for the time necessary to meet any liabilities arising from the processing. We will delete your data when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected. We will delete information regarding the navigation once the web connection has ended and the statistics have been performed.  
  4. To whom may we transfer your data?
    We only share your data with third parties to the extent necessary to fulfil legal obligations, with your consent or if your request implies such data transfer. 
  5. What are your rights?
    You have the right to obtain confirmation whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access the data. You can also request us to rectify your data if they are incorrect or complete them if they are incomplete.

You can also request their deletion if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, among other reasons. 

In certain circumstances, you may request that we restrict the processing of your data. In such cases, we will only process the data concerned for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims or the protection of other persons’ rights.
