A guide to 'charming restaurants' in Santa Eulària (Ibiza)
16 March, 2022The municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu in Ibiza has launched the new guide to restaurants and gastrobars: 'Restaurantes con Encanto' (Charming Restaurants). It features a selection of 44 establishments that stand out for their uniqueness, service and quality. The resource includes culinary offerings ranging from market, island and traditional fare to fine dining and creative cuisine, as well as fusion, Nikkei, French and Peruvian cuisine, among many others.
The last year has seen several restaurants opening in this part of the island combining a range of modern, sustainable and local menus. As a result, Santa Eulària des Riu now offers a wide variety of culinary options for all tastes and budgets, making the municipality a must-visit for foodies.
The prestigious Repsol Guide, well-known in Spain and specialised in tourist routes with a wide gastronomic offering, has recognised three establishments in the municipality in 2022 for their varied and high-quality culinary offer, awarding a Sol to each one: Pecador Ibiza, Maymanta and Nagai.
