Which UK airline did not cancel any flights in July?
24 August, 2022Jet2.com was the only British airline to be unaffected by the strikes that have impacted the British airline industry this summer. The airline experienced no flight cancellations during the month of July, which has been characterised by a great irregularity in air communications.
It should be noted that this airline transported more than two million passengers last July, a significant number of them to destinations in Spain – and even surpassed its own record number of passengers at certain times – thereby ensuring great stability in its operations.
And all this despite the fact that the summer has so far been characterised by staff shortages, strike action, delays and flight cancellations. Against this backdrop, Jet2.com operated more than 800 flights over the weekend of 23 and 24 July, carrying nearly 150,000 passengers.
