Haute cuisine : in Madrid Fusión in January
14 December, 2022From 23rd to 25th January 2023, Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España will be held, the great annual event -for its contribution to the creation of a global scene- of haute cuisine, the discovery of new chefs and the detection and promotion of trends and cutting edge events. The event will once again bring the sector together in Hall 14 of IFEMA, the most modern hall in the Madrid venue, where the exhibition space will exceed 25,000 m2.
The conference will reinforce experiential content and offer more training areas than ever. And it will be broadcast again through the internet to reach all corners of the world. The programme will show the most interesting proposals and trends that are currently being developed in kitchens over five continents.
The evolution of the largest gastronomy conference of all those held has grown every year. The data for the 2022 edition broke all records for participation, registered participants and accredited press. Three days in which cooking also reflected, in a time between two crises. Three days in which it was shown once again that Madrid Fusión relates, debates and shows us the way.
