New Avlo trains will link Madrid with Andalusia this summer
22 March, 2023Renfe will start Avlo services in the southern corridor next June with trains linking Madrid with Seville and Malaga and which will stop at all the intermediate stations of each of the high-speed lines. In principle, there will be 4 Avlo trains in the southern corridor: 2 between Madrid and Seville (1 in each direction) and another 2 between Madrid and Malaga (1 in each direction) but schedules and stops are not yet determined.
In addition, Renfe will start commercial circulation of the new Avlo service between Madrid and Alicante on 27 March. Renfe's new Avlo train service will offer 4 daily trips (2 in each direction) between Madrid and Alicante, i.e. offering 1,436 seats per day. The 4 services will stop in Albacete, and both Avlo (1 in each direction) will also stop at the Cuenca Fernando Zóbel and Villena AV stations.
Single economy class ticket sales will be managed through a dynamic system which offers the best price available at any time for the requested trip. On top of the base price, the client can add additional services such as seat selection, changes or cancellations and additional luggage. The base price includes a free cabin suitcase and a handbag.
