19 Riu hotels have won awards from TUI for their quality
24 May, 2023A total of 19 hotels of the RIU Hotels & Resorts chain in Spain have been recognised with the “TUI Top Quality” award from the largest group in the tourism sector worldwide, TUI Group. This award is given exclusively to hotels that have been qualified by the tour operator's clients with a grade equal to or greater than 8.8 in the satisfaction survey, which is based on a scale from 0 to 10.
This is a highly relevant certificate, as it shows the level of guest satisfaction and recognises the daily effort of the chains and their workers to offer the best service.
