Paradores incorporates bike touring into its tailored experiences
24 May, 2023Bike tourism is booming and Paradores de Turismo adapts to the new ways of travelling and proposes living the sensation of cycling through Spain and staying in its establishments, incorporating this modality within its commitment to offer its customers unique and personalised experiences as one of the pillars of its new strategic plan.
Both for those who like to make long journeys by bicycle and for those who use it for short excursions at their destination, Paradores has proposed to accompany them on their journey and has adapted several of its establishments so that they can combine rest with activity without worries. Initially, the project has been implemented in 26 Paradores in the network.
- 11 Paradores in unusual natural surroundings: Arties, Ayamonte, Benicarló, Cangas de Onís, Cervera de Pisuerga, Fuente Dé, Limpias, Mazagón, Nerja, Puebla de Sanabria and Ribadeo.
- 8 Paradores with history: Baiona, Carmona, Lerma, Lorca, Monforte de Lemos, Sos del Rey Católico, Tortosa and Verín.
- 7 city paradores: Argómaniz, Cádiz, Córdoba, Manzanares, Salamanca, Soria and Tordesillas.
