7 water parks on the Spanish coast this summer
9 August, 2023Water parks are some of families’ favourite attractions in summer. They are fun and very safe facilities, of which there are a large number in Spain, and which, through the use of water and gravity, entertain and cool down people of all ages. Here we have compiled seven of the best-known ones that you can visit this summer on the Spanish coast.
- Siam Park. Costa Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Considered to be the largest water park in Europe, it has fabulous water attractions, including a 28-metre-long slide.
- Aqualandia. Benidorm, Alicante. One of the largest parks in Spain, its main attraction is its Big Bang slide.
- Western Water Park. Magaluf, Mallorca. This is the only water park inspired by the Far West, with three themed areas.
- Isla Mágica (Agua Mágica). Pabellón de España, Seville. This is located within the Isla Magica theme park. It is an area with attractions, activities and several pools.
- PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park. Vila-seca, Tarragona. This is a version of the traditional PortAventura but specialising in water attractions.
- Aqualand. Torremolinos, Málaga. It has attractions such as Crazy Cones, the beach with waves or the floating doughnuts.
- Waterworld Lloret. Lloret de Mar, Girona. Ideal for thrill-seekers and lovers of water rides, it has the largest roller coaster of this style in Europe.
