Madrid promotes the creation of wine tourism experiences
9 August, 2023The Regional Government of Madrid has approved major investments to promote wine tourism and position Madrid as a sustainable and cycle tourism destination. To this end, the regional government has signed collaboration agreements with the Madrid Wine Routes Association and the Madrid Cycle Tourism Product Club Association.
With the former, tourism experiences related to wine will be created in different municipalities in the region. In addition, graphic and audiovisual materials will be designed and produced to promote the product and create loyalty to the Madrid Enoturismo brand.
The Community of Madrid is currently collaborating with the Association of Centenary Restaurants and Taverns of Madrid in the #ChateaMadrid campaign, which seeks to raise awareness of the quality of Madrid wines in such a traditional setting as these establishments with more than a century of history.
