Bestprice opens a hotel in a listed building in Valencia
30 August, 2023The Bestprice Hotels brand has announced the opening of its first establishment in Valencia, in a listed building that has been refurbished while maintaining its historical features and landscape integration. The hotel is a 2-star hotel located in the Patraix neighbourhood. The Bestprice Valencia is the fifth hotel of the chain and has 24 rooms.
The establishment is located in a building that has been refurbished achieving a high-quality environmental interior with the combination of the historical elements in the facade, structure and roof, with new materials and modern and energy efficient installation systems.
The president of Bestprice Hotels, Óscar Sánchez, has stated that they are “happy and tremendously excited about the new stage in the city”, anticipating that “it is our first, but not our last, establishment in Valencia.” This year the chain also presented its second hotel in Madrid. The outlook for 2023 is positive and they foresee 4.2 million euros in revenue and occupancies close to 100%.
