Meliá Jardines del Teide reopens as a 5* hotel after renovation
11 October, 2023The Meliá Jardines del Teide hotel, owned by Hotel Investment Partners (HIP) and managed by Meliá Hotels International, has reopened its doors on the Costa de Adeje, following an €8.5 million repositioning investment. The establishment opened on 1 September with a 5-star adults-only category, following a renovation of the facilities and the expansion of its gastronomic and leisure offer.
The Meliá Jardines del Teide is located in the south of Tenerife and has 12,000 m2 of gardens and terraces, two swimming pools, an outdoor gym and a wellness area. Now it has 290 completely refurbished rooms. What’s more, the number of premium rooms has been increased from 23% to 37% of the accommodation offer.
In the new positioning, special attention has been paid to the improvement and updating of the common areas and the gastronomic and leisure offer, designed to match the experience of a 5-star hotel. The hotel has two à la carte restaurants, a product buffet and two bars.
