Fitur Cruises will last five days in its 2024 edition
29 November, 2023Fitur Cruises 2024, the section of the International Tourism Trade Fair (Fitur) to be held from 24 to 28 January 2024, organised by Ifema Madrid, will be held over the 5 days of the event. In addition, it will be held in a new area located in Pavilion 4, where booths, an auditorium and a VIP lounge will be located for different activities.
Fitur Cruises aims to contribute to the commercial dynamisation of cruises, as well as to reinforce the sustainable image of this industry; to offer a meeting point with ports, tourist destinations, shipping companies and travellers, and to contribute to a better understanding of the cruise tourism experience by travel agents who intermediate in the sale, and by travellers who are not yet familiar with this type of tourism.
Approximately 50% of cruise turnover is marketed through intermediation. For this reason, among the B2B activities, Fitur Cruises will develop, hand in hand with industry experts, a programme of courses and talks focused on professionals that will improve knowledge about the different shipping companies and destinations visited.
