Spain wins 34 new Michelin Stars, reaching 272
20 December, 2023The gala presentation of the new Michelin Stars held in Barcelona was generous. Spain now has 272, 34 of which were added in this edition. In total, there are 225 restaurants with one of these distinctions, of which 31 have just been added; to these should be added a new addition in the two-star category, which now stands at 32; and, especially, two new additions in the maximum category of three stars, now at 15 gastronomic temples.
