Trasmed improves safety in the boarding of electric vehicles

So Trasmed is positioned as the first Spanish shipping company and one of the first in Europe to comprehensively address the challenges of maritime transport of electric vehicles, guaranteeing the safety of the cargo, the vessel and the people involved. Due to the growing demand for this type of vehicle, the market has become aware of the identification of new risks associated with the transport of these vehicles in the maritime sector.
Trasmed’s Director of Institutional Relations, Miguel Pardo, highlighted the shipping company’s commitment to adapting to the demands of the electric vehicle market and emphasised that Trasmed “does not consider prohibiting the transport of electric vehicles on any of its vessels.”
