Vincci certifies the energy efficiency of its hotels
17 January, 2024The Vincci Hoteles chain has obtained ISO 50001 certification, an international standard for energy management awarded by AENOR, which provides the most solid framework for optimising energy efficiency in organisations, and which complements the other standards and certifications that the hotel chain already holds in terms of sustainability.
This new achievement demonstrates the hotel group’s commitment to the continuous improvement of energy management and to offering a quality service that is also responsible with the care of the planet. All its hotels in Spain now have it, taking another step forward in the strategy of its Ecological Transition Plan.
The Director of Quality and Sustainability at Vincci Hoteles, César Pérez, considers that this new certification “is further proof of the sustainable commitment acquired by the chain since its creation and of our constant search for more environmentally-friendly measures to provide top quality services to our customers”.
