Palladium to open an Only You Hotel 5* in Ibiza
27 March, 2024Palladium Hotel Group has announced that work will begin this year on the conversion of the existing Palladium Hotel Palmyra, located in the municipality of Sant Antoni, Ibiza, which after an investment of 13 million euros, will be converted into a new five-star hotel, the first Only You Hotels in holiday format. And the hotel company faces 2024 with the opening of the Only You Hotel Sevilla, among other expansions.
This international hotel group, but born in Ibiza, has increased its turnover by 16% in 2022, closing 2023 at 1,069 million euros, as the company had predicted after a summer that has been described as “exceptional”.
“Surpassing the 1,000 million barrier strengthens our business model, in which growth accompanied by profitability and customer satisfaction is a winning bet,” stressed Abel Matutes, president of Palladium, during a public event in which he unveiled the growth plans for this year.
