Seville to host a major international LGTB+ conference

The city of Seville has been selected to host the prestigious International Conference of the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (IGLTA) in 2026. The bid was successfully submitted by Sevilla City Office in collaboration with JN Global Project Consultancy, recognised as the leading LGTB+ tourism consultancy in Spain.

Both entities have worked hand in hand in preparing this candidacy, combining their experience and expertise to highlight the values of Seville as an inclusive and welcoming destination for the LGTB+ community. "We have presented a solid candidacy that highlights the values of Seville as a welcoming and respectful tourist destination for the LGTB+ community," said the Seville City Council.

The International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (IGLTA) is a leading global organisation promoting equality and rights for LGBT+ people. Its international conference brings together leaders, activists and experts from around the world to discuss and promote equality and respect.
