Radisson to open two new hotels in Spain this year
24 April, 2024The Radisson hotel chain will open two hotels in Spain this year, in new buildings, according to the company’s CEO, Federico González Tejera. Currently, the chain, which belongs to the Chinese group Ji Jiang, has eight hotels in Spain, with a presence in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga and the islands, and will end the year with 10.
The new hotels to be opened in Spain this year - in Madrid and in a province, which the CEO did not specify - will be new buildings, he said. Radisson is in 14th place in the ranking of international chains with a presence in Spain.
Radisson operates over 1,300 hotels in 95 countries around the world with 221,000 rooms and employs over 70,000 people. It has been part of the Ji Jiang Group since 2018.
