The Conduit hosts Spain’s Sustainability Day 2024
1 May, 2024The Spanish Tourism Board (Turespaña), through its Tourism Department in London, held the second edition of Spain's Sustainability Day (SDD) at the private club The Conduit, located in the British capital. The event, held on 17 April, featured prominent speakers.
Representatives from the British tourism sector participated from ABTA, Intrepid Travel or Limitless Travel. The Spanish tourism sector was present with Garden Hoteles, Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero or the cities of Valencia and Valladolid and speakers from international organisations such as the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) or The Travel Foundation also participated.
This initiative forms part of the calendar of “Spain Talks, caring for the future”, a series of events organised by Turespaña aimed at the tourism sector in the main outbound markets with the aim of highlighting and disseminating the sustainable practices that are positioning Spain as a leader in sustainable tourism.
