Several hotels in Playa de Palma will be upgraded to between 4* and 5*
10 July, 2024Playa de Palma will host a new luxury hotel brand: Aubamar Hotels. A project which comes after the success of the Aubamar Suites & Spa, opened in 2022, which has served as a model for the development of this high-end hotel proposal. The new concept includes the conversion of several hotels of the Pabisa Hotels brand, which will gradually disappear.
These hotels in Mallorca will be upgraded to 5-star, 4-star superior and 4-star categories, with a total investment for this renovation and expansion exceeding €25 million and will take place between 2024 and 2027. Aubamar Hotels will thus position itself as a luxury hotel chain, maintaining the essence and aesthetics of the Aubamar Suites & Spa.
Upon completion of the plan, the new brand will have five establishments with 928 rooms, as well as 73 apartments, totalling 1,001 accommodation units. The 5-star Aubamar Suites & Spa, open since 2022, will be joined in 2025 by Aubamar Bali, 4-superior, to make a year later Aubamar Sofia and Aubamar Jardinet, 4-star and 4-superior respectively, and finally, in 2027, Aubamar Apartments, 4 keys and with 73 apartments.
