Navarre's camp-sites diversify their range of leisure options
17 July, 2024This summer, the Navarre Camp-sites Association is offering two new activities for the whole family at its establishments: a bicycle repair workshop and a Gymkhana, with the aim of providing participants with an educational and recreational experience in a natural environment. These new proposals can be enjoyed until October in each of the 18 camp-sites that are part of the association.
The coordinator of the Navarre Camp-sites Association, Nacho Calvo, explained that “camp-sites must offer activities and continually reinvent themselves, as they have done in recent years, adapting to the preferences of campers” and emphasised the need to “offer much more than just a place to sleep”.
The Bicycle Repair Workshop will enable participants to learn how to make basic adjustments and repairs to their bicycles. “It’s a good opportunity for participants to learn how to keep their bikes in good condition and solve common problems by themselves,” Calvo said.
