Valencia to gain a new 4* hotel
4 September, 2024The developer Boro Capital Real Estate has been granted approval from Valencia City Council's Urban Planning technicians for the execution of a project that will involve the opening of a 124-room 4-star hotel next to the Nuevo Centro shopping centre.
According to the local Valencian press, the hotel project was presented to the city council in 2020, and after numerous municipal reports and some non-substantive modifications, four years later it has been given the green light to go ahead.
Construction of the new establishment should start within six months of the permit being granted and be completed within two years, according to sources.
