The 15 most visited World Heritage cities via free tours
11 September, 2024Spain has 50 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, making it one of the 10 countries with the most recognised sites. Of that total, 15 correspond to entire historic city centres, so GuruWalk has analysed those preferred by travellers who decide to book free tours through the platform.
Toledo is the Spanish World Heritage city that receives more travellers on free tours than any other Spanish city. In fact, of all the guided tours managed by GuruWalk in the 15 cities that make up the list, in the last year, over 30% have been registered in the capital of Castilla-La Mancha.
