Vibra Hotels to open a new 4* in Ibiza in 2025
9 October, 2024Vibra Hotels continues to strengthen its position in Ibiza with the new Vibra Yamm hotel, a 4-star hotel whose construction began in 2023 and which, after a planned investment of €15.8 million, will open in the 2025 season. The establishment will have 113 rooms distributed in two buildings, Yamm Sunset and Yamm Urban, which stand out for their views of the San Antonio coastline.
The two buildings share 49 and 64 rooms respectively. Vibra Yamm Sunset occupies the site of the former Catalina hotel, closed since 2009, while Vibra Yamm Urban is located on the site to the rear, and is designed according to sustainability criteria, with a low carbon footprint and a natural aesthetic typical of the area.
It should be noted that the construction will be carried out with the participation of local companies and will thus have a direct impact on the local economy and employment with the creation of around 200 new jobs. In addition, Vibra Hotels is also making progress in the repositioning of the Jabeque Blue Apartments, whose refurbishment begins in October with a budget of €6m.
