A Spanish restaurant among the 20 best in the world says Le Liste

This is Martín Berasategui’s restaurant located in Lasarte-Oria, the origin of the iconic chef, which is in 16th place. This ranking has been made by ‘Le Liste’, the aggregator of reviews and opinions that classifies 35,000 restaurants in 200 countries.
The list is compiled on the basis of customer reviews, without the intervention of food critics or inspectors. It is a kind of Artificial Intelligence that gathers information from 1,500 sources worldwide, from guides and gastronomic lists to articles by critics and journalists, as well as consumer reviews, which are monitored on an annual basis.
Martín Berasategui’s restaurant in Lasarte-Oria is known as one of the great temples of cuisine. Unsurprisingly, this three Michelin-starred restaurant is the best rated and the most liked by customers, considering the prestige of the Basque chef and his good work in several restaurants around the world.
