Train + hotel + Port Aventura theme park visit are joined in one package
20 April, 2022Renfe has become the first railway company to commercialise combined packages to Port Aventura World theme park through Renfe Viajes, according to the strategic alliance signed by both parties for the coming years. It becomes, de facto, a tourist package, as it combines transport, accommodation, and leisure.
The initiative is set to offer special conditions for those in the Port Aventura and Más Renfe loyalty programmes. Both brands will also launch joint actions to promote the event and conference tourism at the theme park. Besides, they’ll also set to work together on sustainability and corporate social responsibility matters.
“With this alliance we expect more than 100,000 people to come to Port Aventura World by train using these exclusive travel conditions to enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience”, commented David García, Business General Manager for the park and resort.
It is worth mentioning that Port Aventura World is very close to Camp de Tarragona train station, which has Ave services that link the station to Aragón, Madrid and Andalusia in a very short time. There are also long-distance trains available for travellers coming from the Mediterranean Arch.
