Gran Canaria promoted as the perfect destination for bridal tourism
27 April, 2022Gran Canaria island is being promoted by influencers as a tourist destination for weddings. As at mid-March, 15 of the most prominent bridal industry influencers visited the island for three days. The aim was to both promote the destination and its beauty, as well as give a boost to the most relevant local companies related to the bridal industry, recognising Gran Canaria as a wedding and honeymoon tourist destination.
The Gran Canaria Tourist Board is also working on this initiative, which presents a unique opportunity to show some of the jewels the island has to offer, including unbeatable weather all along the year, superb landscapes, and excellent and modern infrastructures.
The promotion also supports the Gran Canaria bridal industry, formed by wedding planners, photographers, videographers, fashion designers and professionals specialised in organising of events to celebrate the most special moments.
