A new urban beachfront hotel set to open in Vigo this June
8 June, 2022Playa Samil, a beach found near Vigo, will be home to a new hotel from mid-June, launched by the chain Attica21, which will feature an urban style with distinctly spacious rooms that measure from 28 to 65 square metres and look out directly over the Cíes Islands, one of Galicia’s most stunning and privileged locations.
The hotel, which boasts a 4-star premium rating, features a total of 157 rooms and combines holidaymaker Tourism with urban getaways, business trips and wellness visits, with an aim to provide year-round services and strengthen Vigo as both a city break and beach holiday destination.
Attica21 has revealed that its launch in Vigo was inspired by an architecture and interior design that integrates with the surrounding landscapes and is friendly to the environment, with the goal of making the hotel’s neighbouring natural scenery the star feature. The entire hotel faces the beach and the horizon, creating an environment where natural light and gorgeous views take centre stage.
