A smartphone app makes it easier to visit the Cordoba Courtyards

15 June, 2022

Tourists visiting the famous courtyards of the Andalusian city of Cordoba now have a new piece of tech to maximise their enjoyment: a new app, Aumentar, which will help visitors navigate their way around the streets of the old town with ease and provide detailed descriptions in three languages.

Alongside this, the app offers a free pack called “Discover Cordoba”, which aims to help you discover the most important corners of the city. According to Javier Melero, CEO of Aumentur, this platform “offers a smart response to visitor demands, who want to know what and where they can find the hidden gems of the Cordoba Courtyards”.

To access this smart multimedia guide, all visitors have to do is download the app, which is available free of charge in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once installed, the official updated content and geolocation of each and every one of the courtyards will appear.

The Aumentur app also offers multimedia content in several languages for more than 500 Spanish locations, geolocated and extremely user-friendly, making it a benchmark for smart tourist destination apps. Not surprisingly, the company forms part of the Smart Tourist Destination Network.
