London now has three weekly flights to Castellón
29 June, 2022Ryanair has added a third weekly flight to London-Stansted from Castellón, in addition to those already running on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The general manager of Aerocas, Blanca Marín, has insisted on the progressive recovery of commercial traffic with the successive activation of routes. The next connections to come into operation will be with London-Luton and Katowice, both in the middle of this month.
The airport director stated that the statistics confirm a positive trend and return to pre-pandemic figures. She noted that in May, 9,439 passengers and 1,251 flights were recorded, and that “these figures will continue to increase with the commencement of all scheduled routes”.
Blanca Marín stressed that the development of commercial traffic linked to tourism “is a basic pillar of Castellón airport’s growth strategy” over the coming years.
