High-speed trains now connect Extremadura
27 July, 2022Renfe has released tickets on its Public Service trains (Medium Range, Regional and Regional Express) leaving and arriving in Extremadura as of 19th July, the date that High Speed services are due to begin in the community.
This means that the complete range of options for trains in this region have now been available through Renfe's sales platforms since the end of June, when tickets were made available for Long Distance trains (Alvia and Intercity) which will operate on the new line from 19th July.
The prices of the tickets for Medium Range, Regional and Regional Express (Public Service trains) have remained the same for both one-way and return tickets, as well as for the 10-ticket system and the monthly pass.
