Lopesan Hotels introduces children's swimming pools in rooms
7 September, 2022The Abora Catarina by Lopesan Hotels has revamped its accommodation with the creation of 5 new room types, including 18 rooms with private swimming pools and 6 rooms with hydro-massage bathtubs. The 4-star hotel remains faithful to the family concept of the Abora by the Lopesan Hotels brand and has 9 new rooms, exclusive to the Canary Islands, with children's pools 40 centimetres deep, which complement the opening of a sensational water park within the hotel itself and inspired by the underwater world of Atlantis.
The work carried out to reinvent this iconic property in Playa del Inglés (south of Gran Canaria) has had a budget of 2.2 million euros, consolidating the tight and productive collaboration between Lopesan Hotel Group and HI Partners, the leading hotel owner in southern Europe.
The main attraction of the new design of the Abora Catarina by Lopesan Hotels is the spectacular Double Deluxe Pool rooms. Guests can enjoy direct access to the water from a large terrace, which connects the bedroom with a lounge area, where they can relax and unwind at any time of the day.
The design of these spaces goes against the usual trend in the sector and offers a larger than average water surface area, which can reach, depending on their location, up to 25.5 square metres in the double terrace version.
Among the novelties offered by the hotel, the 6 Superior Double rooms with hydro-massage bathtubs, terrace featuring artificial grass, an outdoor shower, hammocks and a solarium also stand out. In addition to these, there are 6 Double Solarium rooms with a large terrace with hammocks and a private outdoor shower.
