Which Mallorca beach is the best in Spain?

Or at least, it was the first Spanish beach to appear in TripAdvisor’s ‘Traveller’s Choice’ ‘Best of the Best’ ranking. “It’s fantastic and has a warm, crystal clear, turquoise sea. The waters are also calm and it’s not too deep either, meaning it’s perfect for children”, the reference tourism site noted.
Even so, the beach tends to have quite a lot of waves too, meaning it’s also ideal for surfing and similar activities. Located in the north of Mallorca, near Alcúdia, it has more than five kilometres of golden sand and holds a blue flag.
Playa de Muro is also the third best sandy beach in Europe and is among the top 20 in the world, according to Tripadvisor. The part closest to the town of Alcúdia boasts a range of services, as well as a wide variety of hotels and restaurants.
