A 5* Grand Luxury hotel for Seville’s emblematic Triana neighbourhood
21 September, 2022From next October, Seville will have a 5-star Grand Luxury hotel in the emblematic Triana neighbourhood for the first time: the Cavalta Boutique Hotel, housed in a building with carefully preserved identity and architectural value. The owner, Audentis Gestion, will take over direct management, according to Guillermo Colchero, CEO of the company.
“We want to enhance the value of this building, which is part of the heritage of the city of Seville, and of the Triana neighbourhood. It’s a regionalist building, which will soon be 100 years old, with Enrique Orce tiles, giving it such a unique character, and we want to open it to both the city and guests, offering top-class accommodation supported by the administration”, said Colchero.
Cavalta Boutique Hotel thus joins Triana’s existing tourist and restaurant offering with a project that includes several different areas and concepts that are open to the city, such as a rooftop on the penthouse floor, where you can enjoy a unique and private experience with international cocktails, as well as an original gastronomic offer, alongside a large area for activities and restaurants on the ground floor.
