The island of Ibiza is well known for its natural environment, beaches, nightlife, art, culture and heritage, but also for its gastronomy based on quality raw materials and local produce, which can be enjoyed in a multitude of restaurants and eateries on the island, two of them with Michelin stars and several Repsol Suns.

  1. La Gaia by Óscar Molina: This restaurant belongs to Ibiza Gran Hotel and is the first hotel restaurant with a Michelin star, which it was awarded in 2022. It also has two Repsol Suns.
  2. Port de Balansat: Located in front of the beach of Puerto de San Miquel, the Port de Balansat restaurant has been serving visitors the finest quality rice dishes and, above all, products from the Mediterranean Sea, for more than 50 years.
  3. El Chiringuito de Cala Gracioneta: Found in the municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany, this spacious restaurant has stepped terraces supported by thick stone walls that rise above the hillside surrounding the beach.
  4. Restaurant El Carmen: Located in Cala d’Hort in front of the islets of Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell, this culinary paradise is located right in front of the sea. Its specialities are quality fresh fish and rice dishes involving seafood, fish and different kinds of lobster.
  5. Restaurant Es Xarcu: Another dreamy place to enjoy Ibizan gastronomy is the Es Xarcu restaurant, located in a privileged spot in the cove of the same name. For more than 30 years, it has been offering the highest quality cuisine and a characteristic culinary method with a personal touch that’s simple but authentic.
