Cadiz will have a new luxury resort with 300 bedrooms and villas
5 October, 2022The hotel chain Accor has announced the opening of a new luxury resort in Cadiz, the Fairmont La Hacienda, which will have 323 bedrooms and villas. It will be located in the La Hacienda golf complex, in the vicinity of the Cadiz town of Sotogrande, on the Mediterranean coast.
According to the company that has taken on the hotel management, within a year the complex will be partially open, while its full start-up will take place in Easter 2024.
The hotel will have 323 units, of which 153 will be hotel rooms, including three Junior Suites and two double Suites. In addition, the complex will have 51 villas with 170 units, which will complete the room offering. Of the 51 villas, 36 will be sold to third parties.
