Seville promotes business tourism which arrives by train
19 October, 2022Tourism of Seville and Renfe have reached a collaboration agreement to jointly promote the transport services of Renfe Viajeros and the promotion of the city of Seville as a business tourist destination. In this way, those attending and participating in the activities carried out at the Seville Conference and Exhibition Centre (Fibes) will be given a discount on the different rates available to travel on the AVE service.
Renfe Viajeros will offer all attendees and exhibitors of the congress and fair activities carried out at Fibes a one-way or a return ticket on the trains with a 10% discount on the rate open to the public at the time of purchase at any of the available options (Básico, Elige, Elige Confort [Basic, Choose, Choose Comfort] and Premium), - excluding any possible complements which the traveller may wish to add.
The collaboration agreement only concerns AVE and Long Distance trains and does not extend to the rest of Renfe Viajeros services, unless it is expressly agreed upon specifying its scope and limitations. In this way, the City Council of Seville materialises its commitment to companies which seek to do business in the city or organise congresses in Fibes, giving them facilities to carry out their transfers.
