British airlines will bring forward their flights with Menorca
30 November, 2022British airlines will bring forward planned operations with Menorca airport by two weeks for the next high season and will begin to connect the United Kingdom with the Balearic island in late March 2023. As announced by the Menorca Tourism Promotion Foundation (FFTM).
Specifically, EasyJet and British Airways will launch a connection the last week of March from Luton and Gatwick airports, whereas this year flights started in the first week of April. The rest of the airlines which connect Menorca with the UK maintain the start of operations in April and May.
The president of the Consell de Menorca, Susana Mora, has highlighted the “efforts of the administration to close marketing agreements to boost connectivity in winter”. On the other hand, she has affirmed that work must continue to publicise the experiences which Menorca offers all year long, especially in the field of active tourism, nature, gastronomy and culture.
