Son Net, a hotel in the heart of Mallorca's World Heritage Site
25 January, 2023The inauguration of the Son Net hotel in Mallorca is planned for spring 2023, forming part of the Legend Collection and Preferred Residences and will be located on the slopes of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. This luxury boutique hideaway, situated on a 17th century private estate, will reopen after a major refurbishment.
Guests will enjoy their stay in the 31 rooms and suites, which display original architectural features such as rustic wooden beams, stone floors and antique fireplaces, as well as an extensive private art collection; as well as in the outdoor pool and its luxurious spa. They’ll also be able to enjoy the surrounding nature, including vineyards and lush forests, with personalised experiences and excursions organised by the hotel team.
This is one of the many openings planned by the chain this year, which in the case of Spain also includes (from May) that of El Fuerte Marbella, in the iconic Andalusian coastal town, which has been undergoing extensive reforms for a year. It is a five-star hotel with 266 rooms with interiors designed by the award-winning Jaime Berastain.
