The Spanish State awards Garden Hotels for sustainability
8 February, 2023Due to its circular economy strategy of its Playa Garden Selection Hotel & Spa, the Mallorcan hotel chain Garden Hotels has received first prize in the category of best performance in sustainability in the 13th Edition of the SICTED Awards 2023 held within the framework of the FITUR tourism fair.
SICTED is a project to improve the quality of tourist destinations promoted by the Secretary of State for Tourism (SETUR), with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), which works with tourist services from different areas, with the ultimate goal of improving the tourist experience and satisfaction.
The award accredits and recognises the efforts of the Garden Group in terms of circular economy in the tourism field, promoting the improvement of quality in the services and destinations operated by the company.
