25 Riu hotels in Spain win awards from Booking.com
19 April, 2023A total of 25 Riu Hotels & Resorts in Spain have been awarded the “Traveller Review Award 2023” from Booking.com. They are awarded to those establishments which achieve a rating of between 8 and 10 points in the comments made by customers who booked on the web and who have stayed at these hotels.
In order to calculate this score, establishments must have at least five comments on Booking.com. Each client can rate the categories of “location”, “cleanliness”, “comfort”, “value for money”, “services” and “staff” and give an overall grade for their stay.
Overall, 1 hotel in Madrid, 6 in the Balearics, 4 in Andalusia and the other14 in the Canaries were awarded. Riu's overall rating, based on the scores received by all its hotels, is 8.4 points out of 10.
