Luxury trains return to Spanish railways by spring
26 April, 2023The luxury tourist trains marketed by Renfe return in spring with two significant milestones this season: the 40th anniversary of the Transcantábrico Gran Lujo and the new image of Al Andalus. The travel proposals in any of the departures and itineraries of these trains and the Costa Verde Express include accommodation, stopping overnight at a station along the way for travellers to rest.
The trips to the places located beyond the tracks are made by bus and have accompanying guides, as well as a gastronomic offer worthy of gourmets, both on board the trains, which have their own kitchen, and in the restaurants from one of the cities visited.
The accumulated experience and the quality of the services provided have allowed Renfe's luxury trains to become a world benchmark. The Transcantábrico celebrates forty years. The Transcantábrico Gran Lujo began operating in July 1983 between León and Matallana de Torío.
